All items on this site are copyrighted. This means you cannot sell or share anything on this site except for when allowed in these terms of use.

All graphics, pictures, tutorials, items, on this site have a copyright. We chose not to display this on the graphic/picture so it would not detract from the appearance. Remember, even if the copyright is not displayed, it is still copyrighted and you may not share them.

You are allowed to use this site and everything on this site for your personal use. Your children residing with you, under the age of 18, may also use the items on this site. Your spouse can register for their own free membership.

You can also use the items for your business if you are the owner of the business. Your employees may not use anything on this site unless they also have a membership. This means, if you are using things on this site in your business, each employee who would use anything from the site must have their own membership.

You may sell items used from this site only if you create a project (digital or printed) that includes something more than items from this site (like pictures or your own graphics.) An example would be creating a printed scrapbook page for an individual or digital images for an individual (for their personal use.) You may not sell items used from this site if used for advertising a product.

You may not give or share items from this site with other family or friends. The only way you can share items from this site is when you create a project (digital or printed) that includes something more than items from this site (like your pictures.) However, since our membership is free, they may also register for a free membership and use of the items on our site.

You are not allowed to use these pictures or graphics for uses that would be immoral or illegal. This would include pornography, hate, any illegal practices, etc. You also may not use items from this site for advertising purposes. The only exception to advertising would be if you create scrapbooks for others and you show a few samples of your work.

Your membership is for use of this site and items on it for six months. You may renew your membership every six months. This is to keep our site's membership current.

New items will be added from time to time. We may also remove some older items if we feel it necessary. This does not mean that they are no longer protected by these terms of agreement.

With your membership, you agree to receive limited emails from us. These emails will only have to do with your account and necessary announcements of this site. We do not plan to use this on a regular basis. However, you will receive email in regard to your user id and password when you first register. You will also receive an email when you use the user id and password function. You will also receive an email to remind you before your subscription expires.

We consider privacy important and will not share your email address or other information with anyone unless required to by law.
